AHW LLC in Champaign, IL seeks a Solution Center associate to provide foundational support for precision agriculture technology, license activations, and equipment connectivity. You will handle customer communications, data management, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to Solution Center emails and texts promptly.
• Support customers with data management and confidentiality.
• Assist with license activation and renewals.
• Answer activations and internal support phone queues with basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct outbound customer call campaigns.
• Process whole goods requests from internal teams.
• Support JDLink equipment management activities.
• Assist with equipment data accuracy and validation.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

This role provides foundational support to customers and internal departments by assisting with precision agriculture technology, license activations, equipment connectivity, customer communications, and operational tasks within the Solution Center.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and responds to Solution Center email and text communications in a timely and professional manner
• Supports customers with data management and technology solutions while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Assists customers with license activation and renewal processes
• Answers Activations and Internal Support phone queues and provides basic troubleshooting and assistance
• Performs outbound customer call campaigns to support customer engagement initiatives
• Assists with processing whole goods requests from internal departments
• Supports JDLink equipment management activities
• Assists with customer equipment validation and data accuracy efforts
• Maintains accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with customers, coworkers, and internal stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience in agriculture, precision technology, or related fields preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new technology and software applications

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
