Qualifications

• High level of manual dexterity and steady hands.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and procedures.
• Experience working under a microscope for extended periods.
• Capable of soldering to J-STD-001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope.
• Set up, assemble and maintain tooling.
• Suggest design/process improvements for manufacturability.
• Perform visual inspection and document quality records.
• Interpret customer and supplier requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
