Responsibilities

• Perform complex, multi-step tasks by following procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain timely and accurate records using digital and handwritten tools.
• Maintain PPE compliance and verify PPE functioning before work begins.
• Participate in CPEX initiatives including 5S, TPM, standard work, and visual management.
• Work within FAA and AS9100 compliant fixed-process environment.
• Identify and communicate non-standard conditions including EHS and product integrity concerns.
• Follow best practices for handling product and raw materials in a high-vacuum coating environment.
• Complete TPM checklists for assigned processes and equipment.
• Review work for completeness by interpreting logs, gauges, and dimensions.
• Operate pre- and post-coating support equipment including ovens, cleaners, and handling equipment.
• Mask critical-to-quality lines using maskants.
• Support loading/unloading and fixture maintenance for coating processes.
• Support equipment rebuilds and material-loading tasks.
• Maintain punctual labor time records.
• Cross-train in other coating areas and complete training.
