The role emphasizes thorough documentation, continuous improvement, and strong teamwork in a manufacturing setting. Training and certifications support accurate, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent to read, write, and interpret blueprints and electrical assembly diagrams.
• Soldering school certification required to ensure customer specifications.
• Minimum 6-12 months of related experience to qualify for the role.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, rework, and align complex assemblies with tight tolerances.
• Use gauges, micrometers, test equipment to check, adjust, calibrate, and align components.
• Perform soldering in small spaces and on sensitive components with precision.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of work performed.
• Exhibit initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
