Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately pick products in the warehouse and prepare orders for shipping. You will read customer orders, select items by slot and description, assemble orders, label products, and stage pallets for loading while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

This role requires lifting up to 100 lbs, working in coolers or freezers, standing 10-12 hours, and adhering to GMP and SQF policies.

Qualifications

• Read customer orders from label screen and select product by slot and description.
• Assemble orders from stock and place on pallets in proper sequence.
• Attach labels on product.

Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to access correct slot locations.
• Transport products to dock area for staging.
• Handle products with care and report damage to supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment checks and assist with facility cleaning as assigned.
• Sign in/out for equipment used and follow GMP and SQF policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
