Sysco Corp. in Jacksonville seeks a warehouse associate to accurately select products from the warehouse and prepare orders for shipping by stacking items in an orderly and safe configuration.

You will read customer orders, assemble pallets, attach labels, and operate an electric pallet jack while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in extreme temperatures. The role requires standing 10–12 hours daily and following GMP/SQF guidelines.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 0–1 year relevant work experience.
• Frequent lifting of 10–75 lbs and up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent reach up to 72 inches.
• Stand for 10–12 hours daily.
• Work in extreme temperatures (cooler/freezer).

Responsabilidades

• Read customer orders from label screen and pick by slot and description.
• Assemble orders from stock and place pallets in proper sequence.
• Attach labels on products.
• Operate electric pallet jack to move products to dock area for staging.
• Report any damage to supervisor.
• Perform daily equipment checks.
• Assist in cleaning and sign off on daily cleaning area.
• Sign in and out for equipment used.
• Follow GMP and SQF policies per Sysco Food Safety Manual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
