Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse, vault, logistics, material handling, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to update inventory systems accurately.
• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Ability to work within established business timelines.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety and security procedures.
• Ability to identify and elevate potential operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Manually lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Assist with packaging and storage of precious metals within the vault.
• Follow packing and storage guidelines for different precious metals.
• Place precious metal bars and materials on designated shelves and pallets.
• Process incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments within established timelines.
• Accurately update the bank’s inventory system when materials are moved or shipped.
• Identify and communicate inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation related to vault activities.
• Report control weaknesses, compliance breaches, and operational loss events as required.
• Follow all Health & Safety and Security procedures at all times.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
