First Urology, PSC is seeking a Precertification Specialist in Jeffersonville, IN. This in-office, full-time role supports the Precertification Manager by verifying patient insurance benefits and obtaining pre-authorization for procedures.

The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. You will handle high volumes while meeting deadlines in a patient-friendly environment.

Key duties include verifying eligibility, gathering necessary information from physicians, communicating with insurance companies, documenting all details, and informing patients about their coverage.
