Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 0–2 years of experience in precast concrete, construction, manufacturing, or industrial labor.
• Familiarity with construction materials, rebar, or concrete processes.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on plant processes and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to precast concrete production and general labor support
• Set up, assemble, clean, and maintain steel pallets, forms, and molds
• Prepare forms for concrete pouring, including cutting, bending, and placing rebar and welded wire mesh
• Operate, maintain, and inspect production equipment, tools, and machinery
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facility grounds
• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
• Support team members in achieving daily production targets and operational goals
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality procedures
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards for a clean and organized plant environment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions
• Assist with special projects, production changes, or additional tasks as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
