Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to precast concrete production and general labor support.
• Set up, assemble, clean, and maintain steel pallets, forms, and molds.
• Prepare forms for concrete pouring, including cutting, bending, and placing rebar and welded wire mesh.
• Operate, maintain, and inspect production equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and facility grounds.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Support team members in achieving daily production targets and operational goals.
• Follow all workplace safety regulations, OSHA standards, and quality procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards for a clean and organized plant environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with special projects, production changes, or additional tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
