Job summary

Qualifications

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level II, current with 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• ACI Concrete Strength Testing Technician certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify prestressing operations: strand certification, tensioning, elongation, detensioning, transfer strength.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records; investigate low breaks and adjust with the plant.
• Accept or reject finished products against the specification and shop drawings; disposition repairs; maintain plant QC records.
