Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Precast Concrete Inspector II to lead plant quality control for precast and prestressed production, or perform owner and agency plant inspection for DOT and structural precast programs. Responsibilities include verifying prestressing operations, reviewing mix designs and strength records, and maintaining QC records to meet PCI and DOT requirements.

• PCI Quality Control Personnel Certification Level II, current.
• 2+ years in a certified precast or prestressed plant.
• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.

• Review mix designs, batch tickets, and strength records.
• Accept or reject finished products against specs and shop drawings.
