• Ability to read shop drawings and tensioning calculations clearly.
• Willingness to work early shifts and travel between plants.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forms, reinforcement, embeds, and blockouts against shop drawings before pours.
• Verify strand tensioning elongation and force records against calculated values.
• Run fresh concrete tests and cast cylinders per ASTM C31; inspect finished products.
