Qualifications

• PCI Level I certification, or ACI Grade I with 1+ years in precast plant.
• Reads shop drawings and tensioning calculations.
• Willingness to work early production schedule and travel between plants.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forms, reinforcement, embeds, and blockouts against shop drawings before pours.
• Verify strand tensioning elongation and force records against calculated values.
• Run fresh concrete tests and cast cylinders per ASTM C31.
• Perform stripping and release strength breaks and record results.
• Inspect finished products for dimensions, camber, finish and defects before shipment.
