• Conduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections.
• Ensure all products meet ASTM and DOT specs.
• Inspect and stamp products according to DOT standards.
• Maintain required plant and personal certifications.
• Perform daily quality tests on products.
• Supervise and mentor Quality Control Technicians.
• Test and document fresh and hardened concrete.

What You'll Do

• Conduct and document Pre and Post Pour Inspections of product


• Ensure all products meet or exceed ASTM and DOT specs


• Inspect and stamp product according to DOT standards prior to shipment


• Maintain all plant and personal certifications thru ACPA, NPCA, and multiple DOT's


• Perform daily tests to ensure quality in product (cylinder breaks, pre-pour / post-pour, wire check, etc.)


• Supervise, lead and mentor a group of Quality Control Technicians throughout out the region


• Test and document fresh and hardened concrete in accordance with industry standard

What You'll Need

• Ability to keep and maintain all required documentation


• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot temperatures


• Work near moving machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards

Your Education

• High School Diploma,GEDor Tech Certificaterequired


• Must have and maintain ACI Field Tech and ACI Strength Tech certifications


• Mustacquireandmaintainmultiple state DOT certifications
