Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Production Laborer in Mahanoy City, PA to support the manufacturing of high-quality precast concrete products. You will participate in setup, material handling, and finishing tasks to meet specifications under safety standards.

The role involves operating heavy machinery, reading blueprints, and working in all weather conditions with occasional overtime. Fabcon offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a growing team.

Qualifications

• Able to work in all weather conditions with minimal climate control.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing physical production tasks.
• Good communication and ability to follow complex verbal instructions.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up production beds using drawings, layouts, reveals, and steel plates.
• Read blueprints to install blockouts and ensure specs.
• Monitor concrete placement and casting to maintain quality.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers and other production machinery.
• Assist with equipment setup for casting, finishing, and production processes.
• Perform finishing, grinding, cleaning, and surface prep of concrete products.
• Safely rig, move, and secure finished products using clamps and lifting equipment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while supporting daily production goals.
