Four Corners Pre-Cast (FCPC), a premier NPCA-certified manufacturer of concrete solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Laborer to join our plant team. This role is essential for maintaining the flow, quality, and efficiency of our precast production process, requiring both manual labor skills and certified equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Heavy lifting regularly.
• Standing, bending and kneeling for long periods.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Committed to following safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Provide precast production support across all phases of production.
• Build, set up, brace and strip forms used to hold wet concrete.
• Safely carry, cut and tie rebar or wire mesh for reinforcing structures.
• Assist with mixing concrete for small batches and organize materials for trucks.
• Direct pours by guiding the chute, hose or pump to place wet concrete into forms.
• Finish surfaces with hand floats after initial set.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment around the site.
• Transport heavy items across uneven or outdoor terrain.
• Provide general manual labor support when not operating the forklift.
