Job summary

Geoquest USA, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – Precast in LaBelle, FL to oversee all maintenance of property, equipment and mechanical systems. The role supports safety, quality and operational efficiency, reporting to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities include establishing safe procedures, scheduling preventive maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating vendors, and maintaining critical parts inventories while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, machine operation and general maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain safe work procedures and practices.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee maintenance staff, scheduling, training and coaching.
• Coordinate vendor contracts for service, repair and parts; manage budget.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations/guidelines.
