Job summary

CMC, a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Georgia to develop and implement maintenance procedures and keep facilities and equipment running at optimal levels. The role offers hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, with training and advancement opportunities.

You will diagnose faults, plan preventive maintenance, and work independently in a fast-paced environment to support our productive infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Intermediate mathematics skills.
• Must work well independently with little direction.
• Quick thinker / strategic planner / flexible / problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
• Identify / troubleshoot electrical faults in equipment and building as well as mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic problems.
• Repair plant equipment (steel forms, machinery, and building).
