Job summary

Masters is seeking a full-time precast concrete Laborer at our Kingsley, PA location. The role focuses on preparing forms, pouring concrete, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while delivering quality products and dependable service.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and follow blueprints. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required; preemployment drug test will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills to calculate measurements and quantities.
• Ability to follow blueprints and instructions accurately.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in construction or masonry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Produce precast concrete products including form handling, pouring, finishing, packaging, and loading.
• Pre- and post-inspection of products and forms to ensure quality.
• Set up forms for custom precast products following blueprints.
• Operate forklifts, skid steers, and overhead cranes safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to company policies.

Job Description

Masters is seeking a full-time professional to work as a team member in our Precast Concrete Division, at the Kingsley, PA location. The precast concrete laborer’s primary duties include all activities related to preparing forms for concrete placement, pouring fresh concrete, and housekeeping. This individual will work to ensure the safe and efficient production of precast concrete products, while providing the best customer service, maintaining excellent quality control, and the safe and professional operation of all tools and equipment.

Job type: full-time; hourly with overtime

Skills

• Reliable and Strong attention to details.
• Basic math ability.
• Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. several times daily.
• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, reach, grasp, lift, load, push, pull throughout the day.
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
• One year of construction or masonry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pass a preemployment drug test.
