Masters in Olyphant, PA, is seeking a full-time precast concrete laborer to prepare forms, pour concrete, and maintain quality and safety across production. This role supports customer service and efficient operations within a long-standing family-owned company.

The position requires physical capability, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols; overtime is available to meet production needs, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• One year of construction or masonry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs. multiple times daily.

Responsibilities

• Produce precast concrete products; clean/oil forms, place reinforcement, pour and finish concrete, package and load products.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections of products and forms.
• Set up forms for custom precast products following blueprints.
• Safely operate forklifts, skid steers, and overhead cranes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Job Description:

Masters is seeking a full-time professional to work as a team member in our Precast Concrete Division, at the Olyphant, PA location. The precast concrete laborer’s primary duties include all activities related to preparing forms for concrete placement, pouring fresh concrete, and housekeeping. This individual will work to ensure the safe and efficient production of precast concrete products, while providing the best customer service, maintaining excellent quality control, and the safe and professional operation of all tools and equipment.

Job type:

full-time; hourly with overtime

Skills:

• Reliable and Strong attention to details.

• Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, reach, grasp, lift, load, push, pull throughout the day.
