Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience in the construction field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
• Working knowledge of construction-related math.
• Good organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret design plans to create precast forms.
• Construct forms with close tolerances using appropriate materials.
• Safely operate hand tools and measure for accuracy.
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify needed tools, materials, and equipment for projects.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Assemble forms, place castings, and pour concrete per standards.
