Job summary

Knights Companies Inc in South Carolina is seeking a Precast Production Associate to manufacture precast concrete structures to exact specs. You will read plans, build forms, and pour concrete on a safety‑focused production floor.

You will use hand tools, tie rebar, place castings, and inspect work to ensure quality. Experience in construction is preferred; ability to read shop drawings, work in a team, and follow directions is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years' experience in the construction field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
• Working knowledge of construction-related math.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to follow directions from supervisors and ask questions.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret design plans to create forms for precast structures.
• Construct forms with close tolerances using appropriate materials and tools.
• Safely operate hand tools and equipment for form construction and assembly.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe on the production floor.
• Identify and request needed tools, materials, and hardware.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Assemble forms, cut and tie rebar, place castings into forms.
• Pour concrete into forms and finish to meet quality standards.
