Job summary

Knight’s Companies seeks a Production Associate for its Precast team to contribute to high quality precast concrete projects in a safe, collaborative environment. You will read plans, assemble forms with close tolerances, place castings, pour concrete, and perform finishing work.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or precast is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
• Working knowledge of construction-related math is required.
• Strong organizational skills and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions; overtime possible.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans to create forms with close tolerances.
• Safely operate tools such as hammers and measuring tapes for form construction.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Identify needed materials and tools to complete projects.
• Assemble forms, place castings, pour concrete, and perform finishing work.
• Follow safety rules and use PPE.
• Perform other duties to support project completion.
