Midwest Construction, Inc. is seeking a driven Precast Concrete Sales & Operations Manager to lead our precast division. You will blend sales, operations and customer relations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have construction or precast experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to estimating and profitability. This role offers steady, year-round work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, precast or concrete industry preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Detail-oriented with estimating and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day precast production operations.
• Meet with customers on-site to assess needs and build relationships.
• Prepare estimates, bids and project proposals.
• Work with and coordinate with project engineers and architects.
• Coordinate production schedules and deliveries.
• Monitor material costs and maintain profitability.
• Assist with marketing efforts, including home shows and promotions.
