Job summary

Mid America Precast, a Missouri-based precast concrete manufacturer, seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion while building client relationships.

You will maintain schedules and budgets, coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal teams, and ensure quality standards are met. Proficiency in Excel and project-management tools is essential for tracking progress and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Read and understand project contracts and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, engineers, architects, contractors, and other project partners.
• Procure materials and production-related items to support project schedules.
• Monitor project progress to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are maintained.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, management, contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Use Excel and project-management tools to track project information and progress.
• Identify potential project issues and develop proactive solutions.
