Knight’s Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate for our Precast team in Greenville. You will read plans, assemble forms, and perform concrete finishing with a focus on safety and quality.

This role involves teamwork and adherence to project specs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with form construction and read shop drawings, plus a willingness to learn and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and plans.
• Strong math skills related to construction.
• Hands-on experience with form construction and concrete finishing.

Responsibilities

• Read plans to create forms with close tolerances.
• Safely operate tools for precast construction and finishing.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Identify materials and tools needed for projects.
• Assemble forms, place rebar, pour concrete and finish casting.
