Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Greensboro, NC is seeking a hands-on team member to support the production of precast concrete products. You will work safely in an industrial environment, collaborating with teammates to meet quality standards and production goals.

The role involves stripping forms, preparing molds, basic carpentry, and keeping the facility clean. Prior manufacturing or construction experience helps; you must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and follow basic instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic math and measurements.
• Read/write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Strip and clean concrete forms and products.
• Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Facility maintenance and housekeeping.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.
