You will read project drawings, follow specifications, and work safely with hand tools and equipment such as trowels, floats, screeds, and vibrators. Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and ability to work outdoors or in a manufacturing setting are required;

Qualifications

• Previous concrete finishing or construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work outdoors and/or in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Place, spread, screed, and finish concrete according to project specifications.
• Operate hand tools and power finishing equipment such as trowels, floats, screeds, and vibrators.
• Finish concrete surfaces to the required texture, appearance, elevation, and tolerances.
• Read construction drawings and follow measurements and instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety policies.
