Job summary

Wells Concrete seeks a Patch and Finish Laborer to repair and finish precast concrete products in a production setting. You will patch defects, complete surface finishing, and assist with handling and cleanup of panels using hand and power tools safely.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with training provided for forklifts and overhead cranes as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic math and blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Adequate English to read pour sheets and communicate on crew.
• Authorized forklift operator or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Patch defects and finish surfaces on precast concrete panels.
• Handle materials and assist with panel work in production.
• Safely use hand and power tools including cut-off saws and grinders.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes with training.
• Contribute to sandblasting and water-blasting finish work as needed.
