Job summary

High Concrete in Denver, PA is seeking an Associate Checker to join the Engineering Team on a Monday-Friday, 1st shift. The role focuses on QA of shop tickets, ensuring they conform to the 3D model, drawings, and project requirements.

The Associate Checker collaborates with drafting, production, and site teams, and supports continuous process improvement in a leading precast environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BIM/tech degree preferred.
• Minimum three years related experience in precast or related field.
• Mastery of techniques to produce precast drawings and QA checks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check production shop tickets against the 3D model and drawings for quality and manufacturability.
• Ensure tickets align with project engineering requirements and production schedules.
• Maintain clear communication with site, production, and erection teams.
• Provide clarification on drawings and respond to onsite requests as needed.
• Support continuous process improvement and standard work.
