Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC in Denver, PA is seeking an Associate Checker to join our Engineering Team. This role focuses on QA of shop tickets against the 3D model, drawings, and project requirements to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Responsibilities span design review 10% and shop drawing 90%, with collaboration across production, site, and erection teams. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED; BIM/Technology degree preferred.
• Minimum three years related experience in the precast industry or related field.
• Mastery of techniques and drawings for precast projects.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Check production shop tickets against the 3D model and drawings for manufacturability and quality.
• Monitor project schedules coordinating with site, production and erection needs.
• Develop close working relationships with internal personnel and work centers.
• Communicate items for discussion clearly and professionally to relative parties.
• Respond to plant/site requests for clarification with onsite presence as required.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
