The Innovative Preaching Lab is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Preaching & Innovation Lab Manager to oversee operations and production within our Preaching and Innovation Lab. The role focuses on enhancing ministry efforts and supporting our Compelling Preaching cohort, team members, clients, and guests. Responsibilities include managing audio/visual production, coordinating lab schedules, and providing hands-on training to participants and guests. This position requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to design and execute media projects that elevate preaching and ministry initiatives. The Lab functions are part of the broader Compelling Preaching Initiative grant program.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in video production, sound engineering, photography, web design, social media marketing, and media editing.
• Proven experience with live-streaming, video editing, and social media content creation.
• Preferred experience in ministry or related environments.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop), FCPX, ProPresenter, Easy Worship, VMix, Wirecast.
• Strong experience with Apple and Blackmagic products, professional sound systems (Behringer X32, TASCAM, PreSonus).
• Proficiency with professional cameras (4K, DSLRs like Panasonic, Canon, Sony).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Theology, or related field, or extensive work experience.
• Theological training or ministry background preferred.

Essential Functions include:

• Managing high-quality video production, photography, and live-streaming.
• Performing editing and post-production tasks.
• Setting up and troubleshooting live-streaming services.
• Collaborating on media content creation for social media and promotional activities.
• Managing lab scheduling and ensuring resource efficiency.
• Providing technical guidance and support to lab users.
• Following university policies and demonstrating professional behavior.
