Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Tampa seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney to make mission-critical decisions for the firm and to support growth. You will guide clients through the pre-litigation process and draft pre-litigation documents, contributing to the firm’s commitment to consumer rights.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, top-tier client service, and effective advocacy as you manage a high-volume pre-litigation caseload in a personal injury setting.

Formación

• Juris Doctor degree required from an accredited law school.
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing is required.
• Experience in personal injury is preferred and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
