Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our Wilmington, Delaware team. The role emphasizes pre-litigation work in personal injury, primarily premises liability, and guiding clients through the case process.

You will supervise 6-10 Case Managers, drive KPIs, and oversee settlement negotiations and release approvals. A JD, active DE State Bar status, and 2+ years of PI experience are required, with strong leadership and writing skills.
