A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, especially automotive.
Duties
- Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
- Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
- Guide clients through the case process.
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
- Complete TD approval for liability issues.
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
- Manage the release approval process.
- Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
- Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
- Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the PA State Bar Association.
- 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience.
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

- Law degree from an accredited institution.
