Job summary

Scout Motors is seeking an experienced engineering professional to support ramp-up activities for new product lines. You will monitor pre-series parts, coordinate with quality, logistics, and manufacturing teams, and ensure adherence to schedules while addressing bottlenecks and risks.

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver on targets, participate in in-person meetings, and travel as needed for events and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive OEM environments and related IT systems.
• Experience with SAP MM/PP modules and material planning is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist ramp-up for new product lines, ensuring smooth transition from pre-series to mass production.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and production to align schedules and resolve technical issues.
