Job summary

Scout Motors seeks a leader to own Commercial IT Launch & Support readiness, coordinating across Customer Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, Security, and Digital Product to ensure new systems land production-ready and scalable.

You'll drive runbooks, cutover plans, hypercare, and post-launch support while partnering with domain leads and enterprise architecture to manage risks, blockers, and handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, operations, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, application support, release management, or operational readiness.
• Experience with launch readiness, runbooks, cutover planning, hypercare, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness products and transition-to-run processes across the Commercial IT portfolio.
• Lead technology planning and delivery for customer support systems and related enablement capabilities.
• Define and maintain commercial launch readiness gates, ownership models, and escalation paths.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure new systems are production-ready.
• Drive cross-domain dependency tracking and readiness reporting for commercial launches.
• Ensure alignment with ITSM processes, security requirements, and release management standards.
