Qualifications

5+ years in electro-mechanical product design, manufacturing, quality and development with leadership.
Experience with structured problem solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead plant launch readiness reviews and coordinate cross-functional launch activities.
Provide real-time technical support between design centers and plants during launch.
Develop and execute DOE to isolate variables and optimize performance.
Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and verify corrective actions.
Support DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation.
