Job summary

Rittal LLC is seeking an Associate System Consultant to deliver technical support across pre-sales, installation, and implementation. You will analyze customer needs, configure technical solutions, and transfer knowledge to the sales team, ensuring successful customer integration.

Remote demonstrations and on-site visits may be required. You should have a 4-year engineering degree, strong electrical/mechanical background, and CAD proficiency (Inventor, SolidWorks, Eplan).

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong engineering background in electrical or mechanical.
• Experience reading and creating electrical schematics; CAD skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to sales and customers from pre-sales through installation.
• Analyze customer requirements and illustrate how solutions add value.
• Deliver presentations to engineering groups and prospects.
• Travel up to 30% or more as required.
• Maintain extensive product knowledge for complex systems.
