Qualifications

  • You have your Life & Health Insurance license but if you don’t, no worries! You'll get these within the first 90 days.

We are currently seeking a Pre-Sales Support Specialist for our Individual Sales team. This is a remote home office position with occasional meetings in the King of Prussia office for those who are local.

The Pre-Sales Support Specialist provides essential support during the initial stages of the sales and underwriting process. This role ensures that broker and client applications are properly prepared, PURLs are utilized for sales tracking, and all necessary steps are completed to facilitate a seamless and successful sale.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide support for the intake, review, processing, and maintenance of Agent/Broker/Blue plan contracts, ensuring proper documentation and storage
  • Provide support the pre-sales product functions for both short-term and long-term products
  • Perform updates to plan profiles and maintain the existing plan contract database, including conducting relevant research
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new plans, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Collaborate with the Product Support Specialist to facilitate application enrollments
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of training materials for plan onboarding
  • Aid in the collection and reporting of data related to new plans
  • Provide support in the preparation of quotes, proposals, and enrollment documentation.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries within the pre-sales plan email and phone queues
  • Communicate professionally with newly registered brokers to welcome them to the program and provide sales support to ensure the successful completion of their first sale
  • Uphold and promote the company’s service standards while ensuring the persistence of the assigned book of business
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, MGAs, Blue plans, and brokers


About You:

  • You have your Life & Health Insurance license but if you don’t, no worries! You will get these within the 1st 90 days of your hire date
  • You have great client services skills and can manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • You have solid communication and presentation skills and can handle working with senior level audiences
  • You can adapt to changing priorities and can work both independently and as part of a team
  • You are determined to deliver accurate, thorough work within given timelines
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • If you are Bilingual in Spanish, that is a great plus!

Competitive base pay starting at $23.23/hr. Compensation is based on prior/relevant experience and skill level in a similar role.
