Job summary

Vectra AI is a leader in AI-driven threat detection and response. As a Security Engineer (Pre-Sales) you will blend technical acumen with consultative selling to help customers evaluate and adopt the Vectra AI Platform.

You will work with Regional Sales Managers as a trusted technical advisor, delivering presentations, workshops, and architectural guidance while helping customers understand how Vectra enables detection, investigation, and response to modern hybrid attacks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Security/Sales/Solutions Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience supporting enterprise engagements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical practitioners, security leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoV engagements.
• Design architectures aligned with customer environments and security objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and Sales for feedback.
• Travel within the assigned region as required.
• Mentor peers by sharing technical knowledge and field feedback.
