Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions seeks a Pre-Sales Support Specialist 1 to drive broker relations and sales-support activities in a hybrid work setting in King of Prussia, PA. You will back sales directors, assist with quotes, and ensure smooth onboarding and product implementation.

You will coordinate with enrollment and accounts payable teams, deliver clear sales reports, and support conferences and field events while maintaining strong client-service discipline and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a client-service or sales-support environment.
• Clear and confident communication with senior stakeholders.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for a large broker/agent network via phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, MGAs, Blue Plans and internal sales partners.
• Support quote and proposal preparation for short- and long-term products.
• Collaborate with enrollment and accounts payable teams to resolve commission and billing questions.
• Support pre-sales and underwriting processes to ensure smooth product implementation.
• Assist with broker onboarding, contract intake, and maintenance.
• Create and distribute sales reports within tight timelines.
• Maintain contact data collected at conferences and events.
• Support events planning and logistics, including registration and exhibitor setup.
