Blue Cross Blue Shield Global Solutions is seeking a proactive Pre-Sales Support Specialist I for our King of Prussia, PA location. The role focuses on serving as a trusted point of contact for brokers and internal teams, supporting quotes, and ensuring smooth collaboration across enrollment and billing functions.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a client-service or sales-support environment, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in client-service or sales-support environments and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptable, self-motivated and able to navigate changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for a large broker and agent network via phone and email.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, MGAs, Blue Plans and internal sales partners.
• Support sales directors and managers with quotes and proposals for products.
• Partner with enrollment and accounts payable teams to resolve questions.
• Support pre-sales and underwriting processes to ensure products are understood and implemented.
