Job description

Your Tasks - as important as our Software:

  • Be the key person throughout the sales cycle supporting the account manager team. Always available to answer business related questions as trusted advisor at client meetings and on conference calls.
  • Identify customer needs and match those with the EXTEDOpulse solution offering
  • Provide high value solution demonstrations to customers and prospects either in a one-to-one setup or during workshops and PoCs (Proof of Concepts).
  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, both standard and tailored to prospects and customers.
  • Be the key part of any sales activities team in assisting the bidding process managing and self-supporting the answering of RfPs (Request for Proposals).
  • Provide valuable feedback to the product management team identifying customer requirements and the strengthening of the product.


Your Profile - as good as our Solutions:

  • University degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacology, Bio-Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology), Information Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
  • Pre-Sales experience with extensive business and technical Know-how.
  • In-depth experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the regulatory environment with deep knowledge in regulations.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in IT solutions such as Registration- (RIM), Document-, Submission-Management. Safety Management (PV) as additional subject matter is key.
  • Convincing appearance with very good presentation skills.
