Sagemcom in North America is seeking a Pre-Sales Bid Manager to lead responses to smart electricity and water tenders from start to award. The role requires proactive coordination with the Pre-Sales team in France, strong technical prowess, and the ability to present compelling solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will manage bid strategy, pricing in collaboration with sales, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver coherent offers within complex partnerships.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a university or engineering school with exposure to energy, telecoms, networks, systems or electronics.
• Strong organization, autonomy and initiative with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with clients, partners and internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for responses to North American tenders for smart electricity and water, from pre-qualification to contract award.
• Lead technical gap analyses and craft bid strategy with strong collaboration across teams.
• Propose tailored technical–commercial solutions and coordinate the entire bid response.
• Develop pricing strategy in collaboration with sales and monitor bid progress.
• Lead bid responses with partners and external stakeholders within complex consortia.
