Fire Dept Cannabis in Portland, OR is seeking a Pre-Roll Production Lead with cannabis and leadership experience to oversee our Pre-roll Team, manage daily manufacturing operations, ensure quality control, and uphold OLCC compliance.

You will train staff on SOPs, monitor processes, keep logs, verify weights, and adapt to changes quickly while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. This full-time role offers benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Prior cannabis industry experience required.
• Active Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit required before start date.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to adapt to changing processes and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Train production staff on all processes, SOPs, and provide feedback.
• Routinely monitor team processes and conduct quality checks on pre-rolls.
• Audit packaging and supplies, log entries, and assist with raw material intake.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and OLCC compliance; adapt to process changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
