Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Michigan is seeking a Packaging Team Member for the production line. The role focuses on preparing cannabis flower for pre-roll production, filling and packing prerolls, and inspecting finished products for quality and consistency.

You will label and stage products in compliance with state regulations, while maintaining sanitation and accurate data records. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required in a fast-paced, production environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Michigan background check required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a production environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed.
• Manufacturing, production, or cannabis experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $18.00 / per hour

Position Summary

The preroll technician will be responsible for manufacturing prerolls using a knock box. This person will be responsible for hitting daily production goals and communicating when there are challenges around not completing production goals for the day.
