Qualifications

• Prior experience in cannabis production, packaging, or related manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail for weighing, counting, labeling, and recordkeeping.
• Ability to follow written SOPs, verbal instructions, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work with accuracy and speed.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Roll Production: prepare flower, operate equipment, weigh and pack, assemble singles and multi-packs, meet daily goals with minimal waste.
• Packaging & Labeling: weigh and package products, apply labels and batch information, verify weights and lot information, stage finished products.
• Post-Harvest & Production Support: assist bucking, trimming, sorting, and dry flower prep; handle product carefully to protect quality.
• Compliance & Inventory: follow SOPs and regulations, complete logs and counts, maintain batch separation, support audits.
• Quality, Safety & Sanitation: inspect finished products, maintain hygiene, clean workspaces, report safety concerns.
• General: adapt to changing priorities and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and quality.
