Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Post Harvest Technician in Minnesota to break down cannabis plants for processing and flower sales, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and GMP standards. The role supports post-cultivation activities, with focus on quality and regulatory compliance in a highly controlled environment.

Responsibilities include removing flowers, sorting, trimming, and maintaining clean facilities, while meeting daily production metrics and following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Certifications preferred.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the post harvest breakdown of the cannabis plant with precision and dexterity.
• Shucking (removal of flower), sorting, trimming, and related post-harvest tasks.
• Meet daily production metrics and maintain quality standards.
• Follow department work instructions and SOPs while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly handle tools and equipment.
• Report safety incidents or concerns and comply with corrective actions.
